mixed bag...

Well, its been a couple months now and I'm feeling back to my old self. I've finally updated my website with a simplified layout that's easier to manage. Nothing new, just no longer a nuisance with my basic HTML skills! Also, while I've entered a few contests I haven't been able to show any works on my blog, but below is an entry at parkablogs. Check out the site and some amazing entires by other artists, and thanks for all the kind words posted.

I'm also back to experimenting and the image below is a culmination of several different things I was playing with. So so on the results...

Finally (and might I add off topic), I was working away at my desk when I looked out to the street and saw something small squirming around. I ran out and realized it was this small fella right smack dab in the middle. He seemed in perfectly good health, and after several hours Googling my way through the web finding ways to help, I was able to reunite him with his momma. Good times!

  1. Great to see some more of your work. The first one reminds me of Hogwarts. And that was a squirrel?? From the picture it looks like a cross between a cat and a chinchilla...and a rabbit. I think the wet fur threw me off.

  3. Awesome works man! Love the fortress piece... that kinda reminds me of Castlevania, you know when your outside the castle and you have to take care of the petty monsters before entering the castle? you remember, 'member? Okay i'll stop, both are some great works bud.

I'm also with Arlene as to the identity of that animal... i'm guessing its not a pokemon right? lol

  6. Thanks everyone for the comments. Like always, much appreciated! It was actually just a squirrel with a wet tail and ears to the sides. This little guy had the biggest claws ever.
